The were no intentions to buy the place so it was abandoned until 1991, when it was appropiated by Llao Llao Holding, which rebuilt the hotel based on the original model. Currently, it belongs to Grupo Sutton Dabbah and the IRSA group.

It is located on a small hill in peninsula Llao Llao, between lakes Nahuel Huapi and Moreno, in the province of Río Negro, Argentina. From the facilities you can see mountains López, Capilla and Tronador. 

The resort has a 37-acre land that includes a golf court, a beach, a marina, a solarium, a spa, a fitness center and a heated swimming pool. What is more, there are four restaurants with a diversed menu which includes top-quality foreign and traditional dishes. Sports stars include Carlos Tevez, David Nalbandian and golfers Ángel Cabrera and Chino Fernández.
