Surfside

Surfside is known as the highest part of Miami Pueblo. Its peculiar style reminds you of the retro look that small, quiet towns have. It is a beach that attracts families and those who want to relax and spend the day under the sun.

Additionally, it has paths where you can walk or ride your bike in front of the sea. It is common to find surfers and kitesurfers sliding down the waves on this beach of Miami.  

Haulover Nude Beach 

The nudist beach inside Haulover is a private area that is located at the northern end of Bal Harbour. It is a quiet place with white sand where you can enjoy its natural water.

Bill Bags 

Bill Baggs Cape is in the southern end of Key Biscayne. It is considered one of the most important and noted sites on the beaches of Miami. You will find virgin nature, dunes, and a deserted beach to enjoy. 

The water is calm, perfect to dive in. Also, you will be able to visit the lighthouse that was built in 1820 and get deep into its nature trails and enjoy the best Cuban food in the region. 

Sunny Isles 

Sunny Isles is a rather unknown and uncrowded beach in Miami. It has a length of 2 miles and is surrounded by residential condominiums. It is a nice section inside the beaches of the area and it is quiet enough to spend time with family. 

Crandon Park

Crandon Park Beach is the perfect place for water sports. It is full of merchants that offer lessons and raft rental, kayak, and more. You will find an extensive promenade that will let you visit a fossilized coral reef.

The beach is quiet and about 2 miles long. In addition, you will find tables, restrooms, and volleyball nets to enjoy a complete day under the sun and on the sand. 

Historic Virginia Key 

Virginia Beach has one of the most visited landscapes in Miami: palm trees, mangroves, and a rich history that dates back to the end of the 19th century. Originally, this beach was aimed at segregated Afro Americans. However, nowadays it is included in the National Register of Historic Places.
