San Carlos de Bariloche, mostly known as Bariloche <\/a>is located in the Argentine Patagonia. It is a small city inspired by Swedish designs located between the Andes mountain range and Lake Nahuel Huapi.\nDuring the winter months it stands out for the sky and snowboarding. However, it offers lots of activities to do during the summer including hiking, horseback riding, cycling in the mountains, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cerro Catedral <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cerro Catedral is one of the most recognized resorts in South America. It offers various activities depending on the time of the visit, and its top offers beautiful views and a restaurant inspired by winter sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is located 12 miles from the center of Bariloche and can be easily reached by bus. To go up, there are two options: taking a walk on the trails or using the chairlift. Remember that you will have to climb up approximately 6500 feet, so if you decide to do it on foot, take some supplies with you and prepare in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Islas Victoria y Bosque de Arrayanes <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To get to Victoria Island and the Arrayanes Forest, the only way is to take a boat that leaves from Pa\u00f1uelo port. It takes 1 hour to go there and 1 hour to get back. The forest is full of centuries-old trees called Arrayanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
